      【摘要】目的:探讨磁共振血管大小成像(VSI)在脑胶质瘤和脑膜瘤中的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析经组织病理证实的16例胶质瘤(低级别6例,高级别10例)和13例脑膜瘤的VSI图像,测量肿瘤实性部分的Q、fCBV、Nl、Nu和Ru值,比较高级与低级别胶质瘤、胶质瘤与脑膜瘤各测量值的差异。结果:低级别和高级别胶质瘤之间fCBV和Nu值有统计学差异(P<0.05);Q、Nl和Ru值无显著统计学差异。胶质瘤和脑膜瘤之间Ru值有统计学差异(P<0.05);Q,fCBV、Nl和Nu值无显著统计学差异。结论:VSI可以反映微循环灌注的某些信息,在MVD的无创性评估和高低级别胶质瘤的术前分级中有重要作用,从而更好的评估患者的预后和指导临床治疗,特别是抗血管治疗。
      【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical application of vessel size imaging (VSI) in cerebral glioma and meningioma.Methods:The VSI data of histologically and pathologically proved cerebral tumors were retrospectively analysed, including 11 cases of gliomas (low grade 7,high grade 4)and 9 meningiomas. Q (MRI measurable index), fCBV (cerebral blood volume fraction), Nl (the lower microvessel density bound), Nu (the upper microvessel density bound) and Ru (an upper bound on the mean vessel radius) values of the solid parts within the tumors were measured. The five values measured were compared between high and low grade gliomas and between gliomas and meningiomas.Results:The fCBV and Nu values between low and high grade glioma s had statistically significant differences (P<0.05); The Q,Nl and Ru values had no statistically significant difference between them. The Ru values had statistically significant difference between glioma and meningioma group(P<0.05);the rest four measured values had no statistically significant differences.Conclusion:VSI can give some important information about microcirculation perfusion,plays an important role in noninvasively evaluating of MVD and grading gliomas before surgery,and thus can better assess the prognosis and guide clinical treatment, especially anti angiogenic therapy.
